03 Enroll

A letter of acceptance or negation will be sent after the parent tour, student visit, and application has been submitted.

If accepted, please complete the enrollment packet, sent via e-mail, set-up your account through FACTS Tuition Management Portal, and pay the  $250 Material/Supply fee.

Upon receipt of enrollment, your child’s space is reserved for the upcoming school year.

St. Philomena Montessori is a unique Catholic Montessori school in our area which offers Catechesis of the Good Shepherd religious formation in conjunction with the Montessori Method of classroom instruction. Tuition Assistance

At Saint Philomena Montessori, we understand that each families' financial circumstances are unique. Our mission is to make a Catholic education an affordable option for all children. Current and prospective SPM families have several avenues to explore for financial assistance in offsetting the cost of tuition. Please reach out to us to discuss your financial assistance options.

Families may apply for financial assistance for our school via the FACTS portal below. Information remains confidential and awards are distributed based on need. Tuition assistance is in addition to an early bird discount.

  • State of Ohio

    Ed Choice Scholarship 

    Ed Choice scholarships are state income-based scholarships for full or partial tuition. As soon as St. Philomena Montessori receives charter status, we will become an Ed Choice scholarship provider. Families who apply and qualify, may recieve up to $6,165/child k-8th. 


  • Archdiocese of Cincinnati

    Catholic Education Foundation

    The Catholic Education Foundation of the Archdiocese of Cincinnati (CEF) is an endowment-based foundation that provides tuition assistance to families who enroll their child/ren in Catholic schools within the Archdiocese of Cincinnati. 

    CEF Tuition Assistance

    Awards are based on the financial need of the family and range from $600-$1,200 per student grades k-8.

    CEF Welcome Scholarship 

    The Catholic Education Foundation of the Archdiocese often offers Welcome Scholarships in the amount of $1,000 to enrolled pre-school or kindergarten students who are the first in their immediate family to attend a Catholic school.

    Sacred Heart Scholarship

    This scholarship provides financial assistance to families with children, ages toddler-preschool, attending St. Philomena Montessori. FACTS is used to determine the need awarded. To apply for this scholarship, you must be a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish or a member of our Family of Parishes (St. Joseph, Pillar of Families)

    St.Philomena Anchor Scholarship

    This scholarship provides financial assistance to families with children, ages toddler-preschool,  attending St. Philomena Montessori. FACTS is used to determine the need awarded. To apply for this scholarship, you do not need to be a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish or Family of Parishes (St. Joseph, Pillar of Families).

Tuition Management

St. Philomena Montessori uses FACTS tuition management system to facilitate easy online payment options. Payment plans include annual, semi-annual, and monthly beginning July 1st.

Childcare

Childcare is available for all pre-school enrolled families M-F billed weekly at the following rates:

1st Child $70.00/week
2nd Child $60.00/week
3rd Child $50.00/week

Our half-day childcare option for children ages toddler-5, provides your child with a smooth transition from pre-school to daycare. Childcare is 11:00am-3:30 pm Monday-Friday. Childcare includes time for lunch, recess, rest, and unstructured supervised play. Consistent are the Montessori elements of hands-on materials, movement, and independent choice. 


** Saint Philomena Montessori partners with Afterglow studio which offers extended care to       children from 3:30-5:30 pm. **
